Assistant Brand Manager cum PR

v Reporting To: Brand Manager / Head of Online Marketing

Role Overview : The Assistant Brand Manager cum PR will be responsible for supporting brand strategy and managing public relations activities. The role combines brand positioning, stakeholder coordination, influencer marketing, and digital community engagement to strengthen the publishing house’s visibility and reputation.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Management & PR

l Develop and implement brand strategies for effective positioning.

l Ensure consistent brand identity across campaigns and communication.

l Build and maintain relationships with journalists, bloggers, influencers, and reviewers.

l Organize book launches, author interviews, and media events.

l Handle crisis communication and maintain a positive public image.

l Engage with academic students, medical, nursing, physiotherapy, and paramedical authors.

l Initiate collaborations with digital influencers; manage contracts and deliverables.

l Run ambassador programs, set timelines, and track user generated content/reviews.

Social Media & Community Management

l Moderate and manage professional forums and Telegram groups.

l Drive engagement across digital channels.

l Support live webinars/events by handling real time queries and coordinating post event distributions.

Operational Excellence & Logistics

l Interdepartmental Liaison: Navigate internal communication channels to fetch marketing assets (PDFs, PPTs) and supply the sales division with promotional materials.

l Campaign Logistics: Oversee timely dispatch of promotional kits, review copies, and giveaway gifts in coordination with warehouse/dispatch teams.

l Administrative Tracking: Manage database sheets, documentation workflows, and contract scanning procedures.

Required Skills & Competencies

l Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills

l Experience in influencer marketing and digital PR

l Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

l Attention to detail in documentation and tracking

Qualifications :

l Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Communications, Marketing, PR, or related field

l 2–5 years of experience in brand management, PR, or influencer marketing

l Prior experience in academic publishing or healthcare communications preferred

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
