About the job: Talasha has been mandated to hire an Assistant Manager- Last Mile Operations for a funded apparels brand based out of Delhi. In this role you will manage and optimize end-to-end last-mile delivery operations. This role is critical in ensuring seamless execution, strong partner coordination, and high customer satisfaction through efficient operational management and data-driven decision-making. Responsibilities Last-Mile Operations Management Oversee end-to-end last-mile delivery operations and ensure smooth daily execution. Monitor delivery performance and address operational bottlenecks proactively. Partner & Stakeholder Management Coordinate with delivery partners to ensure timely and efficient service. Manage escalations and resolve operational issues to maintain service standards. Performance & KPI Management Track and drive key operational metrics such as On-Time Delivery (OTD), First Attempt Success Rate, Route Adherence, and related KPIs. Identify trends, analyse performance gaps, and implement improvement initiatives. Reporting & System Updates Maintain accurate MIS reports, POD completion, and real-time operational updates in systems.
