Associate General Manager - Contracts and Procurement for Construction Projects
Associate General Manager Lead end-to-end contract management for construction and real estate projects. Prepare, review, negotiate, and finalize contractor and vendor agreements. Manage the tendering process, including bid evaluation and contractor selection. Ensure compliance with contractual terms, company policies, and statutory requirements. Monitor contract performance, variations, claims, and dispute resolution. Coordinate with Project, Procurement, Finance, Legal, and Site teams for smooth execution. Track project costs and support budget control initiatives. Develop and maintain a database of contractors, vendors, and contract documents. Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements. Prepare MIS reports and management updates related to contracts and procurement activities. Education Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related discipline. MBA / PGDM in Operations, Project Management, Supply Chain, or related field preferred. Experience 15-20 years of experience in Project Contracts, Procurement, Tendering, and Commercial functions. Experience in real estate, infrastructure, construction, or EPC projects. Strong knowledge of contract administration, tender management, commercial negotiations, and project execution. Experience in handling large-scale residential, commercial, or mixed-use developments. Familiarity with relevant legal, contractual, and statutory requirements. Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and leadership skills. Experience Level Executive Level
