<p><strong>Role: Brand & Marketing Manager</strong></p><p><strong>Delhi NCR | Full-time | In-office</strong></p><p><strong>Level:</strong> Manager</p><p><strong>Experience:</strong> 2–4 years</p><p><br></p><p><strong>The role in one line:</strong></p><p><strong>Put a fast-growing pet nutrition brand on the map.</strong></p><p>We’re hiring a hands-on <strong>Brand & Marketing Manager</strong> for a growing D2C pet nutrition business with its own retail presence across Delhi NCR & Chandigarh, strong marketplace and quick-commerce presence, and an ambitious consumer growth roadmap.</p><p>The product is there.</p><p>The distribution is there.</p><p>The opportunity is there.</p><p><strong>Now we need someone to build the recall.</strong></p><p>What you'll own</p><p>This isn't a role where you simply create briefs and send them to agencies.</p><p>You'll help build the brand calendar across <strong>products, stores and digital channels — and then execute it.</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Brand & Positioning</strong></p><ul><li>Own brand positioning, messaging and campaign briefs</li><li>Translate real consumer and category insights into marketing</li><li>Build and execute the brand calendar across channels</li></ul><p><strong>Product & Launches</strong></p><ul><li>Own product launches end-to-end</li><li>Work on proposition, packaging inputs and channel rollout</li><li>Review post-launch performance and identify improvements</li></ul><p><strong>Content & Partnerships</strong></p><ul><li>Manage social media and content</li><li>Work with creators, agencies and external partners</li><li>Develop ideas, hooks and campaigns that actually get attention</li></ul><p><strong>Commerce & Retail</strong></p><ul><li>Partner with performance and e-commerce teams to improve acquisition, conversion and repeat</li><li>Plan retail marketing and store launches</li><li>Drive local activations, partnerships and sampling programmes</li></ul><p><strong>Numbers</strong></p><ul><li>Track campaign performance, CAC, conversion and repeat</li><li>Understand channel contribution and marketing ROI</li><li>Manage performance against budgets</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>What we're looking for</strong></p><ul><li><strong>2-4 years</strong> in brand management, category marketing or consumer growth</li><li>Experience in <strong>D2C, consumer, retail, e-commerce or omnichannel businesses</strong> preferred</li><li>Working understanding of brand building, digital commerce and retail marketing</li><li>Strong communication and genuine consumer instinct</li><li>Comfortable working with data and business metrics</li><li>Highly hands-on: capable of taking a project from <strong>brief → execution → measurement</strong></li></ul><p><br></p><p>This role isn't for everyone.</p><p>If you want to simply brief an agency and review their work, <strong>this isn't it.</strong></p><p>You'll be expected to write hooks, headlines and briefs yourself.</p><p>If you need a fully built team underneath you on Day 1, <strong>this isn't it either.</strong></p><p>You will help <strong>build the marketing engine first, and then build the team around it.</strong></p><p>And if you're uncomfortable being measured on <strong>CAC, conversion and repeat alongside brand metrics</strong>, this probably isn't the right role.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Hiring Process</strong></p><p>1️⃣ Application + CV review</p><p>2️⃣ Short timed screening exercise (~45 mins)</p><p>3️⃣ Take-home strategic case (5 days)</p><p>4️⃣ 90-minute live session with the founders</p><p>5️⃣ Offer</p><p><br></p>
