Seeking you... if you: • Are an experienced accounting professional with full-cycle accounting experience for small to mid-sized businesses • Enjoy leveraging your expertise to help businesses thrive while collaborating with a team of like-minded accounting and finance professionals • Have a proven ability to manage multiple clients and industries • Have a passion for learning new technology and leveraging it to save time and reduce errors • Possess clear, concise communication skills (written and verbal) • Have a process-oriented mindset with a commitment to confidentiality What You'll Do: Client Service • Deliver exceptional accounting support, ensuring client satisfaction. • Manage full-cycle accounting, including accounts payable/receivable, monthly reconciliations, journal entries, month-end close, financial statement preparation, data analysis, and payroll/HR. • Identify opportunities to enhance clients' financial health. • Stay current with industry trends and new technologies. Team Collaboration • Work closely with your manager and peers to cross-train, balance workloads, and meet deadlines. • Participate in ongoing training and team meetings to foster innovation and growth Skills That Will Enable You to Thrive Must-Have Credentials: • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance • 7+ years of full-cycle accounting experience, including month-end closing. • QuickBooks Online experience required; certification preferred • Experience with Sage Intacct is highly preferred • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, Bill.com, Expensify, and other cloud-based tools. • Dedicated workspace and reliable high-speed internet. • Bilingual - English/Spanish What Sets You Apart: • Proven ability to manage multiple clients and industries. • Clear, concise communication skills (written and verbal). • Process-oriented mindset with a commitment to confidentiality.
