Overview 20four7VA is seeking offshore independent contractors to deliver remote services to clients worldwide, with a primary focus on developed markets such as the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia.A global peak-performance and mindset coaching company serving entrepreneurs is seeking an experienced Marketing VA to help execute and grow its digital presence. The VA will take ownership of social media execution, content creation and repurposing, video editing, digital outreach, launch marketing, and recurring marketing administration. The role will work closely with the client and a separate Technical VA responsible for GoHighLevel, funnels, and backend automations. The client is seeking a proactive, AI-fluent individual who brings a positive attitude, strong follow-through, and genuine enthusiasm for becoming part of a growing team. The VA should also be comfortable representing the client professionally in written and verbal communications and, when appropriate, responding to client inquiries in the Client’s voice and according to approved brand guidance. The objective of each engagement is to assist the client in improving business efficiency, enhancing service delivery, or supporting operational functions through high-quality, task-specific services rendered by a qualified contractor. Scope of Services Contractors will be required to provide services that align with the following client tasks: Social Media & Content Manage the client’s social media accounts and content calendar Create, schedule, and publish consistent social content Edit raw video into Reels and short-form content Create graphics and supporting marketing assets using Canva Repurpose existing content across appropriate channels Monitor and respond to routine comments and DMs using approved brand guidance Maintain consistent messaging and brand voice Ensure content accurately reflects the client’s tone, messaging, and positioning Outreach & Launch Support Conduct approved DM and lead-generation outreach Research and coordinate podcast outreach Assist with affiliate outreach and follow-up Support priority waitlists and promotional activity surrounding digital product launches Help prepare and organize launch-related social and email content Track outreach, responses, and follow-up requirements Coordinate with the Technical VA to connect marketing activity with appropriate CRM campaigns and automations Client Communication & Marketing Administration Respond to client inquiries and routine communications in the Client’s voice, using approved messaging, tone, and brand guidance Escalate sensitive, strategic, or non-routine inquiries to the client Assist with email management and routine correspondence Participate in relevant team meetings and track resulting action items Maintain recurring tasks, deadlines, and follow-ups through ClickUp Make basic website content updates as directed Assist with email marketing, newsletters, and nurture-sequence content Support Meta/Instagram and other social advertising activities when applicable Track and report relevant marketing KPIs Create and update SOPs for recurring marketing and administrative workflows daily as needed Use AI tools to improve research, content creation, graphics, and productivity Assist with additional general administrative tasks related to the client’s day-to-day marketing operations Live Zoom & Event Support Moderate live Zoom sessions on-camera when assigned Help facilitate live sessions professionally and maintain a positive participant experience Monitor participant questions, chat activity, and basic session logistics Follow the client’s instructions and approved format for live sessions Coordinate with the Technical VA when technical assistance is required Each engagement is based on a defined scope of work and is governed by an independent contractor agreement. Services must be performed professionally, with adherence to any timelines, guidelines, and deliverables agreed upon in writing. Skills The Contractor must demonstrate proficiency in the following, depending on the Client’s requirements: Digital marketing and social media management experience required Content creation and short-form video editing experience required Canva and CapCut experience required Strong copywriting and written English required Experience communicating with customers, clients, or communities on behalf of a business preferred Digital product launch experience strongly preferred Lead-generation or digital outreach experience preferred Email marketing and nurture-sequence experience preferred Podcast and affiliate outreach experience is a plus Meta/Instagram advertising experience is a plus Strong AI fluency required Strong organizational and administrative skills required Comfortable with live Zoom moderation and on-camera communication IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE Positive, enthusiastic, and highly dependable Strong social media and digital marketing background Creative while remaining organized and execution-focused Proactive and resourceful Excellent written and spoken English Strong attention to detail and follow-through Comfortable working in a fast-paced founder-led business Highly proficient with AI-assisted marketing workflows Comfortable representing a client professionally and maintaining the client’s established voice Confident participating in and moderating live Zoom sessions on-camera Collaborative and interested in becoming a long-term member of the team APPLICATION SOFTWARE KNOWLEDGEABLE / REQUIRED Canva CapCut Instagram / Facebook ClickUp Zoom Dropbox Social Media Scheduling Tools AI Content & Productivity Tools GoHighLevel – Familiarity Preferred Work Schedule Contracted Hours per Week: 10 Hours (Hours expected to increase based on performance and workload) Scheduled Working Days: Monday through Friday (unless otherwise mutually agreed in writing) Daily Working Time: 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM EST Note: The Company will make reasonable efforts to align the Assigned VA’s schedule with the Client’s preferred hours as set forth above.
