Customer Acquisition Executive


About the job:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Handle inbound and outbound calls with customers and potential customers
2. Follow up with leads through calls and WhatsApp and convert them into customers
3. Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product information
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
5. Connect with participants after Two Kind-sponsored events through calls and WhatsApp for follow-ups, feedback, and sales opportunities
6. Coordinate with event organizers, runners, customers, and internal team members
7. Maintain customer and lead databases and update daily follow-up records
8. Track pending leads and ensure timely follow-ups until closure
9. Support sales activities and contribute to monthly sales targets
10. Identify opportunities to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and product sales
11. Suggest ideas for customer acquisition, sales, and business growth
12. Handle day-to-day office coordination and operational activities
13. Prepare basic daily and weekly reports related to calls, leads, follow-ups, and sales
