Role involves customer interaction, outbound calling, lead follow-ups, and sales conversion.

We are looking for highly motivated Customer Service Executives - Outbound Sales who are confident in speaking with customers, handling outbound calls, generating interest, and converting potential leads into successful sales. The role involves customer interaction, follow-ups, lead conversion, enrollments, and providing appropriate information and guidance. If you have strong communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and an interest in sales, we would like to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Outbound Calling & Customer Interaction: Connect with potential and existing customers through outbound calls. Introduce products/services, understand customer requirements, and generate interest in available offerings.
  • Lead Follow-Up & Conversion: Follow up with prospective customers and existing leads. Handle customer queries, provide relevant information, and work towards converting interested prospects into successful sales or enrollments.
  • Customer Service & Query Handling: Respond professionally to customer questions and concerns. Provide accurate information, maintain a positive customer experience, and ensure timely follow-up wherever required.
  • Product & Service Knowledge: Develop a strong understanding of the companys products and services. Clearly explain features, benefits, pricing, and value propositions to customers.
  • Sales & Enrollments: Guide interested customers through the sales or enrollment process. Assist them at each stage and ensure smooth completion of required formalities.
  • Generating References & Expanding the Network: Encourage satisfied customers and prospects to provide references. Generate additional leads through referrals and regular follow-ups.
  • Customer Engagement & Counseling: Understand customer requirements and provide suitable guidance based on their needs. Build rapport, address concerns, and support customers in making informed decisions.
  • Maintaining Customer Records: Update customer interactions, follow-ups, lead status, and sales information accurately in CRM tools or internal records.
