Deputy Advisor Technical Support & Capacity Building

Job DescriptionQCI is looking for a seasoned professional for the post ofDeputy Advisor (Technical Support & Capacity Building) for Industry Excellence Programmes for one of its divisions, Zero Defect Zero Effect (ZED). The candidate will play a key role in supporting the divisions efforts to elevate the capabilities of industries and organizations, driving sustained excellence and fostering continuous improvement. Key responsibilities:Providing technical inputs and guidance on quality, safety, sustainability, best practices, and operational improvements.Developing and delivering training modules, workshops, etc.Monitoring and assessing the quality of assessments, handholding and capacity-building programmes.Developing and curating technical content, including case studies, white papers, tool kits and best practice guides, to support knowledge sharing.Required Qualification:A Masters degree or higher in Science, Engineering, Technology, Industrial Management, or related field.Additional certifications or courses related to quality, lean, sustainability, QSHE, or industry-specific expertise are desirable.Experience:Minimum 10 years of professional experience in technical support, consultancy, capacity building, or a related role within the industrial or corporate sector.Proven experience in designing and implementing training programs, workshops, and capacity-building initiatives.Strong background in industry excellence frameworks, quality standards, or technical consulting.Competencies:Excellent data analysis and review skills.Attention to detail and ability to multitask.In-depth knowledge of industrial processes, quality assurance, and technical innovation.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Professional Fee and Other Conditions:15-18 lakh per annum (as per policy)Nature of Engagement:Initially for a period of 6 months (re-engagement shall be based on performance & subject to project requirement)No. of post and location: 01/DelhiGeneral terms & conditions:1.QCI reserves the right to increase/ decrease the number of advertised positions or cancel the advertisement (partially or fully), without assigning any reason.2.Applying for a post and merely fulfilling the eligibility criteria does not confer the right to be called for interview.
