DJ Tutor

Role Overview

We are seeking passionate and skilled DJ Tutors to join our growing team of music educators and to share your expertise with students across the world.

All teaching will be conducted online, offering you the flexibility to work from anywhere. We will begin with a conversation to better understand your musical background, teaching style, and pricing structure.

Responsibilities

  • Teach DJing techniques, including beat-matching, mixing, and transitions.
  • Help students understand DJ equipment, software, and basic music production concepts.
  • Adapt lessons to suit each student’s goals, musical interests, and skill level.
  • Guide students in developing their music selection, rhythm, and mixing skills.
  • Create a fun, engaging, and supportive learning environment.

Qualifications

  • Prior teaching experience (minimum 1 year preferred, but not compulsory).
  • Performed live as a DJ and experience with Music Production.
  • Clear communication skills in English and patience when working with beginners through advanced students.
  • Have a fun and energetic personality that works for both children and adults,
  • Ability to teach effectively in an online format (laptop or tablet with reliable internet and quality audio setup preferred).
  • A genuine passion for music education and student development.
