You'll be trusted with real ownership over his calendar, correspondence, and follow-through — and get a close-up view of how a growing brokerage is built and run.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>What You'll Do</strong></p><ul><li>Manage the founder's calendar, meetings, and travel — prioritising what matters most</li><li>Draft and manage communications on his behalf, including emails and messages to clients, partners, and the team</li><li>Prepare meeting notes, track action items, and follow up until they're closed</li><li>Coordinate hiring logistics: interview scheduling, candidate communication, and offer follow-ups</li><li>Support client and partner coordination, including scheduling and logistics for key meetings</li><li>Manage ad hoc projects and priorities as they come up, day to day</li><li>Maintain complete confidentiality and represent the founder professionally at all times</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>What We're Looking For</strong></p><ul><li>1–3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in executive support, ideally in a startup</li><li>Excellent written and spoken English, with the judgement to represent the founder's voice</li><li>Highly organised and detail-oriented, with strong follow-through</li><li>Comfortable with ambiguity and a fast pace, and able to reprioritise quickly</li><li>Proficient with Google Workspace (Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Gmail)</li><li>High discretion and trustworthiness in handling sensitive information</li></ul><p><br></p>
