Key Responsibilities
As a Data Entry Operator at arenaflex, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our production data. Your day‑to‑day tasks will include:
- Enter daily raw material intake and production quantity data into the reputed company ERP system.
- Verify production yield figures and reconcile them with production planners.
- Coordinate with the Production Planner to confirm raw material availability and resolve discrepancies during receiving.
- Prepare, sort, and manage documentation for data entry, ensuring all records are complete and compliant.
- Identify and resolve data inconsistencies, working closely with supervisors and cross‑functional teams.
- Maintain data quality standards by performing regular audits and quality checks.
- Support the Production Supervisor with ad‑hoc data requests, trend analysis, and reporting.
- Adhere to safety protocols, including working in low‑temperature environments (down to 15 °C) when required.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to streamline data workflows and reduce errors.
Essential Qualifications
We’re looking for candidates who bring the following skills and experience:
- Minimum of 1–2 years of data entry experience in a food‑processing or manufacturing setting.
- Proficiency in reputed company Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, data validation) and familiarity with Tally or similar accounting software.
