Finance Intern - 6 Months ( Performance Based PPO )

Your Role

Here’s what you will be doing:

  • Take end-to-end responsibility for payables, receivables, and other key business areas.
  • Manage cross-border remittances and coordinate with bankers for foreign exchange rates.
  • Participate in the record to report (R2R) process, ensuring accurate recording of key metrics to deliver timely revenue reports.
  • Perform basic accounting and tally data entry as needed, and liaise with the tax team for compliance.
  • Complete KYC and documentation for all agents.

About You

The company is looking for candidates who:

  • Want to work in the finance function of a corporate.

  • Are proficient in Excel and problem-solving.
  • Can learn quickly and perform repetitive tasks patiently.
  • Wish to improve financial acumen and accounting skills.

This role is not suitable for those who:

  • Want a career in investment banking.
  • Are uncomfortable with financial operations work.
  • Are unwilling to speak with customers on calls when needed.
  • Are not good at resolving customer queries or escalations.
  • Are not comfortable with long working hours (10-12 hours daily).
  • Are not excited about working six days a week, including Saturdays.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Internship stipend of ₹25,000 per month for the first three months, increasing to ₹30,000 per month thereafter.
  • Exceptional performers may receive a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) with a CTC ranging from ₹5.4 LPA to ₹7.5 LPA, based on performance, business needs, and role availability.
