Roles and Responsibilities

  1. Conduct engaging demo classes using Skillerlabs' content, curriculum, and teaching methodology.
  2. Deliver an excellent learning experience for students and create a positive impression during demo sessions.
  3. Conduct regular online classes after student enrolment using the company's in-house curriculum.
  4. Teach financial literacy concepts, including money management, budgeting, saving, spending habits, financial planning, and other relevant topics based on the prescribed curriculum.
  5. Explain financial concepts in a simple, practical, and engaging manner using real-life examples and interactive activities.
  6. Provide timely feedback to students on their learning progress and areas for improvement.
  7. Maintain consistent communication with students and, where applicable, their parents or guardians.
  8. Adhere to scheduled demo sessions and regular classes, ensuring punctuality and professional conduct.
  9. Maintain accurate records of student progress, attendance, and feedback as required.

Eligibility Criteria
  1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  2. At least 1 year of teaching experience in English, financial literacy, commerce, economics, or a related subject.
  3. A strong understanding of fundamental financial concepts, including budgeting, savings, spending, and money management.
  4. Willingness to work 6 days a week, with availability on Saturdays and Sundays.
  5. Ability to commit approximately 3–4 teaching hours per day.
  6. A reliable internet connection, laptop or desktop, and a functional webcam.
  7. A quiet and professional environment suitable for conducting online classes.
  8. A genuine interest in educating learners and making financial literacy accessible and engaging.
Candidates with experience in online teaching, commerce, economics, personal finance, or financial education will be preferred.
