Important – Training & Salary Terms

  • Selected candidates will undergo an initial 3-month training period.
  • There will be NO salary/stipend during the first 3 months of training.
  • Training will be provided only if the candidate's profile matches our requirements.
  • After successfully completing the training, the candidate will be eligible for a starting salary of ₹5,000 – ₹7,000 per month, based on profile, performance and suitability.
  • Salary will start only after completion of the training period.
  • Training completion does not automatically guarantee employment or salary; continuation will depend on the candidate's performance and profile suitability.
