We work closely with architects, interior designers, and leading Italian and international</p> br<p>ans. <br>T<p>h</p>e ole <br>We are looking for a B.Com graduate with strong accounting knowledge, excellent Microsoft Excel skills, and meticulous attention to detail. You will maintain manufacturer price lists and prepare accurate project costings, financial proposals, and client</p> qu<p>otatons. <br>Key Respo<p>n</p>sibiities <br>• Obtain and maintain updated manufacturer price lists, supplier quotations, discounts, and c</p>omm<p>ercialterms. <br>• Prepare detailed furniture BOQs, Excel cost sheets, and client quotations based on proj<p>e</p>ct selctions. <br>• Check product codes, quantities, dimensions, finishes, upholstery categories, accessories, and c</p>orr<p>espondin prices. <br>• Calculate purchase costs, exchange-rate conversions, freight, insurance, applicable import duties and taxes, delivery, install<p>a</p>tion, an margins. <br>• Coordinate with Italian and international suppliers to clarify pricing, specifi</p>cat<p>ions, and ead times. <br>• Work with designers and procurement teams to ensure quotations matc<p>h</p> project rquirements. <br>• Check formulas, discounts, totals, omissions, and duplicate entries </p>bef<p>ore proposal are issued. <br>• Maintain clear quotation revisions, price-list versions, costing assumpt<p>i</p>ons, and appoval records. <br>• Coordinate with accounts to reconcile supplier quotations</p>, p<p>urchase orders and invoices. <br>Esse<p>n</p>tial Quali</p>fica<p>ions and Skills<br>• B.Com degree. <br>• Strong working knowledge of accounting, including cost calculations, taxes<p>,</p> discounts, marins, and markups. <br>• Excellent Microsoft Excel proficiency, including lookup formulas, SUMIFS, PivotTables</p>, a<p>nd organised costsheet preparation. <br>• High atten<p>t</p>ion to detail andnumerical accuracy. <br>• Ability to interpret manufacturer price list</p>s a<p>nd prepare reliablefinancial proposals. <br>• Good communication, supp<p>l</p>ier follow-up, and rganisational skills. <br>• Ability to manage</p> mu<p>ltiple project estim</p><p>aes and meet deadline. <br>Preferred Experience <br>• Previous work in furniture estimation, cos<p>ti</p>ng, procurement, or arelated commercial role. <br>• An interior industry background or basic</p> un<p>derstanding of furniture materials, and finishes. <br>• Experience working with Italian furniture brands, internatio<p>n</p>al suppliers, or Europea manufacturer pri</p>ce <p>lists. <br></p><p>• Familiarity withimportedfurniture costing. <br>To Apply <br>Apply through LinkedIn with your CV.
