Google Ads Campaign Specialist

Job Description

We are hiring a performance-driven Google Ads Campaign Specialist with practical experience in setting up, managing, and optimizing Google Ads campaigns for real clients. The ideal candidate must have at least 6 months of experience working in a Google Ads agency or digital marketing agency and understand campaign execution, keyword research, budget management, conversion tracking, and performance optimization. The role involves managing multiple client accounts, improving lead generation and conversion performance, and ensuring campaigns align with client business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns based on client objectives, target audiences, and campaign budgets.
  • Work on Google Search Ads, Performance Max, Display Ads, Remarketing, and other relevant Google Ads campaign types.
  • Conduct keyword research, keyword grouping, search-term analysis, and competitor research to identify relevant traffic opportunities.
  • Create and optimize campaigns, ad groups, responsive search ads, ad assets, audience signals, and targeting settings.
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics, including impressions, clicks, CTR, CPC, conversions, conversion rate, cost per lead, and return on ad spend where applicable.
  • Manage campaign budgets, bidding strategies, and bid adjustments to improve cost efficiency and performance.
  • Identify irrelevant search queries and implement negative keywords to reduce wasted ad spend and improve lead quality.
  • Analyze campaign data to identify performance gaps and implement ongoing optimization strategies.
  • Review landing-page relevance, ad-to-page consistency, and conversion paths to identify potential improvements.
  • Monitor conversion tracking and coordinate with relevant teams to resolve tracking or measurement issues.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide actionable recommendations based on campaign data.
  • Prepare regular Google Ads performance reports covering key metrics, results, and optimization opportunities.
  • Manage multiple client accounts while maintaining campaign accuracy, budget control, and optimization schedules.
  • Stay updated with Google Ads features, campaign policies, and changes relevant to campaign performance.

Experience

Minimum 6 months of hands-on Google Ads experience is required.

Who Can Apply

  • Candidates with at least 6 months of practical experience working in a Google Ads agency or digital marketing agency.
  • Candidates who have managed real client Google Ads accounts and understand day-to-day campaign execution.
  • Candidates with hands-on knowledge of campaign setup, keyword research, search-term analysis, bidding strategies, budget management, and campaign optimization.
  • Candidates who understand conversion tracking, lead generation metrics, and performance reporting.
  • Candidates capable of identifying optimization opportunities using campaign data rather than relying only on automated recommendations.
  • Candidates with experience managing multiple client accounts will be preferred.
  • Candidates with exposure to lead generation campaigns for service-based businesses will have an added advantage.

Note: Experience must include practical work on real client campaigns in a Google Ads agency or digital marketing agency. Candidates with only theoretical knowledge or course-based training without practical agency experience will not meet the core experience requirement.
