Role Description

We are seeking a seasoned professional to bridge the gap between complex data infrastructure and strategic business objectives. This pivotal role combines advanced analytical capabilities with deep functional expertise to drive decision-making and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will leverage cutting-edge technologies to model data, interpret business needs, and deliver scalable solutions that align with organizational goals. This position is critical for transforming raw data into actionable insights while ensuring seamless integration between technical implementations and business requirements.

  • Design and implement robust data models utilizing Delta Tables and Unity Catalog within the Databricks ecosystem.
  • Facilitate the end-to-end requirements lifecycle, including gathering business needs, drafting functional specifications, and authoring user stories.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define scope, manage expectations, and ensure successful User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phases.
  • Develop and deploy GenAI and Agentic AI solutions to enhance business processes and automate complex workflows.
  • Conduct comprehensive business analysis and SQL queries to extract meaningful trends and support strategic planning.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between technical teams and business units, translating complex technical concepts into clear business value.
  • Manage integration projects involving SAP Business One and ensure data consistency across enterprise systems.
  • Drive the creation of Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and maintain clear communication channels throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in business analysis, data science, or a related field within the IT Services sector.
  • Proficiency in modern data stack tools, specifically Delta Tables, Unity Catalog, Databricks Genie, and advanced SQL.
  • Strong background in requirement gathering, functional requirements documentation, and user story creation.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP Business One and a solid understanding of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
  • Demonstrated expertise in implementing GenAI and Agentic AI applications within business contexts.
  • Proven track record in stakeholder management, leading UAT processes, and facilitating cross-functional collaboration.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data trends and translate them into actionable business strategies.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities and delivering high-quality results.
