Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Human Resource Generalist to join our team. In this role, you will manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, HR administration, and compliance. You will work closely with managers and employees to create a positive workplace experience while supporting business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination and onboarding.
  • Conduct new hire orientation and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
  • Handle employee documentation, confirmations, exits, and offboarding processes.
  • Support payroll inputs and employee benefits administration.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, HR processes, and applicable labor laws.
  • Coordinate with external vendors for background verification and other HR-related services.
  • Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, cultural events, and recognition programs.
  • Conduct employee feedback sessions, one-on-one discussions, and performance review coordination.
  • Maintain HR records, employee databases, and HR reports with accuracy.
  • Partner with managers to address employee relations and day-to-day HR requirements.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Human Resources.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Good understanding of Indian labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and maintain confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and HR documentation is preferred.
