Position Overview

We are seeking a meticulous, self‑motivated

Remote Data Entry & Supply Chain Coordination Specialist

to join opportunicore’s dynamic operations team. In this role, you will be the guardian of vendor logistics data, ensuring that every shipment, delivery window, and product identifier is captured accurately and updated in real time. Your work will directly influence the efficiency of our supply chain, reduce friction for our merchant partners, and help maintain the high‑service standards that our customers expect.

Key Responsibilities

    Data Accuracy & Maintenance:

    Enter, verify, and refresh logistics data for assigned vendors, guaranteeing that all records are current, complete, and error‑free.

      Issue Detection & Resolution:

      Proactively monitor inbound data streams to spot inconsistencies, missing information, or delivery anomalies, and take corrective action before they affect downstream processes.

        Vendor Communication:

        Serve as the primary point of contact for merchants, addressing data‑related questions, negotiating revised delivery schedules, and providing clear guidance on opportunicore’s data standards.

          Escalation Management:

          Identify complex or high‑impact problems and promptly route them to senior supervisors or cross‑functional teams, ensuring swift resolution.

            Cross‑Functional Collaboration:

            Partner with product, engineering, and customer support teams to reconcile discrepancies in merchant data, improve system integrations, and enhance overall data quality.

              Item‑Level Data Synchronization:

              Align merchant‑provided item details with opportunicore’s internal product identifiers, ensuring seamless catalog integration and accurate order fulfillment.

                Process Improvement:

                Contribute ideas for workflow automation, data validation tools, and best‑practice documentation that elevate the efficiency of the data entry function.

                  Reporting & Documentation:

                  Generate regular reports on data health metrics, vendor performance, and issue resolution timelines for internal stakeholders.
