Mechanical Engineer - Trainee
Job Responsibilities
Financials
- Support the achievement of departmental productivity and operational efficiency targets.
- Assist in optimising resource utilisation and minimising equipment downtime.
- Assist Senior Engineers and Supervisors with the inspection, maintenance, and repair of mechanical equipment and systems.
- Participate in preventive and corrective maintenance activities in accordance with approved procedures.
- Support troubleshooting activities and assist in identifying the root causes of equipment failures.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, manuals, and schematics.
Learning & Growth
- Participate in structured training programmes, workshops, and on-the-job learning opportunities.
- Develop technical knowledge of mechanical systems, equipment maintenance, and engineering practices.
- Seek feedback from mentors and supervisors to enhance performance and support professional development.
Work Experience
- No prior work experience required.
Educational Qualification
- Fresh High School Graduate.
