The role demands end-to-end responsibility for MEP design coordination, execution, and quality assurance, ensuring projects are delivered on time and in line with industry standards.<br><br><strong>Key Responsibilities<br><br></strong>Lead planning, execution, and monitoring of all MEP activities across projects.<br><br>Coordinate effectively with design consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders.<br><br>Review MEP drawings and specifications to ensure accuracy and compliance.<br><br>Identify and resolve site-level technical issues proactively.<br><br>Ensure adherence to safety standards, quality benchmarks, and project timelines.<br><br>Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions where necessary.<br><br>Support client interactions and provide technical inputs during meetings and reviews.<br><br><strong>Preferred Candidate Profile<br><br></strong>Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering (B.E./B.Tech).<br><br>Proven experience in MEP management within reputed construction or real estate organizations.<br><br>Strong understanding of MEP systems in high-rise residential and commercial projects.<br><br>Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.<br><br>Stable career history with demonstrated project delivery success.<br><br>Client-facing experience with a professional and confident demeanor.<br><br><strong>Role Overplay<br><br></strong>Plan, manage, and monitor all MEP works to ensure timely delivery.<br><br>Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams.<br><br>Review drawings, resolve site issues, and ensure adherence to project specifications and safety standards.
