Meta Ads & Performance Marketing Specialist

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Plan, create, and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns.
  • Generate qualified leads for wedding planning and event services.
  • Optimize campaigns to improve lead quality and reduce Cost Per Lead (CPL).
  • Create audience targeting strategies, including custom, lookalike, and retargeting audiences.
  • Conduct A/B testing on creatives, copy, and landing pages.
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize ROAS (Return on Ad Spend).
  • Collaborate with the content and design teams to develop high-converting ad creatives.
  • Track campaign performance using Meta Ads Manager and Google Analytics.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience managing Meta Ads campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of Facebook Ads Manager.
  • Experience in lead generation campaigns.
  • Knowledge of audience targeting, conversion tracking, Meta Pixel, and remarketing.
  • Experience optimizing campaigns based on KPIs like CPL, CPA, CTR, and ROAS.
  • Analytical mindset with strong reporting skills.
  • Excellent communication and time management.

Preferred

  • Experience working with wedding, luxury, hospitality, or lifestyle brands.
  • Knowledge of Google Ads is a plus.
  • Portfolio or case studies showing successful lead generation campaigns.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
