This creates a unified interface that reduces friction for guests by minimizing app-switching and repetitive information sharing. For hotels, Nami enables well-timed upsells and cross-sells, while offering visibility across the full guest lifecycle from pre-arrival to post-stay engagement. Applicants joining Nami will contribute to a product that elevates both guest satisfaction and hotel revenue.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Role Description</strong> - The Sales Intern role at Nami is a full-time, hybrid position based in Rishikesh, with some flexibility for work-from-home. In this role, the intern supports the sales team by identifying potential hotel partners, conducting outreach, and assisting with demos and follow-up communication. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining lead databases, preparing sales materials, coordinating with customer success and product teams, and contributing to training sessions for hotel staff on Nami’s platform. The intern will help respond to inbound inquiries, support basic customer service interactions, and gather feedback from hotel partners to improve sales processes. This position offers exposure to the hospitality technology sector and the opportunity to learn structured sales techniques in a fast-moving startup environment.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction with hotel partners and internal teams.</li><li>Customer Service and Training abilities to support hotels in understanding and using Nami’s platform effectively.</li><li>Sales and Sales Management interests or experience, with the ability to assist in lead generation, pipeline tracking, and follow-up.</li><li>Basic understanding of or interest in the hospitality or travel industry and technology-driven guest experience solutions.</li><li>Ability to work in a hybrid setup in Rishikesh, manage time effectively, and handle multiple tasks with attention to detail.</li><li>Comfort with productivity tools (e.g., CRM systems, spreadsheets, presentation software) and willingness to learn new tools.</li><li>Proactive, curious mindset with a desire to learn modern sales practices; prior internship or project experience in sales or business development is a plus.</li><li>Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.</li></ul>
