The Finance Manager Upstream– Advanced Wound Care (AWC) serves as the senior finance leader and strategic partner for the AWC Upstream business. This role provides financial leadership across strategy, innovation, upstream marketing support, performance management, and value creation. The role partners closely with the AWC Upstream Marketing leadership, R&D, IR (External Reporting) along with AWC Corp Strategy teams to drive profitable growth, margin expansion, innovation investment, and disciplined execution.
