Tech Sales & Business Development - Internship (WFH)


About the internship:

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Respond to inbound enquiries received through the website, LinkedIn, email, and other marketing channels.
2. Communicate with potential clients through calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
3. Understand clients' businesses, project requirements, goals, budgets, timelines, and technical needs.
4. Qualify leads and determine whether they are suitable opportunities for the Business Development team.
5. Conduct initial discovery conversations and gather relevant client information.
6. Maintain accurate customer information, interaction history, lead status, and follow-up schedules in GoHighLevel (GHL) CRM.
7. Follow up with prospects professionally and consistently.
8. Coordinate discovery meetings and product demonstrations with the Business Development team.
9. Support proposal discussions, customer follow-ups, and required documentation throughout the sales process.
10. Collaborate with Sales, Business Development, and Finance teams to ensure a smooth customer journey.
11. Maintain daily activity records and sales reports.
12. Achieve assigned lead qualification and follow-up targets.
13. Follow company communication and sales processes.
14. Continuously learn about the company's services, sales process, and client requirements.
