Telecaller – Education and Training Leads<br><br>Work From Home | Kolkata Candidates Only | Commission Based<br><br>We are a West Bengal based Soft Skills and Image Consultant Training platform looking for a Telecaller / Sales Caller based in Kolkata to speak with leads generated through our Facebook & Instagram advertising campaigns.<br><br>Please apply only if you are currently based in Kolkata or nearby areas.<br><br>You do NOT need to generate leads. We provide the leads.<br><br>Your responsibility will be to contact interested prospects, understand their requirements, explain our courses and guiding them accordingly.Follow up with them and convert qualified prospects into paying clients.<br><br><br><br>Responsibilities<br><br>Call leads provided by our agency<br>Understand the prospect's Soft skills needs and requirements<br>Explain our Courses how we work and how it works., <br>Follow up with interested prospects<br>Maintain basic lead/follow-up status<br>Coordinate with our team where required<br>Convert qualified prospects into paying clients<br>Requirements<br><br>Must be based in Kolkata or nearby<br>Good Bengali and Hindi communication<br>Basic English communication<br>Comfortable speaking with business owners<br>Previous telecalling/telesales experience preferred<br>Smartphone and reliable internet connection required<br>Comfortable working from home<br>Compensation<br><br>Performance / Commission-Based Role<br><br>Leads will be provided by us.<br><br>You earn commission for every prospect successfully converted into a paying client.<br><br>Commission: Up to 10% of the client's first payment, depending on the service/package.<br><br>A conversion is considered successful once payment from the client has been received by the agency.<br><br>There is currently no fixed monthly salary for this role.<br><br><br><br>Work Location<br><br>Work From Home — Kolkata Candidates Only
