Conduct cold calling and follow-up calls to promote services and generate new business opportunities. Explain the company's products and services clearly, highlighting key features and benefits. Lead Generation and Qualification: Identify potential leads and qualify them by understanding their needs, decision-making process, and buying readiness. Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospects, ensuring follow-ups are done promptly. Set appointments or provide information to interested parties and ensure all necessary documentation and communications are handled efficiently. Customer Support: Handle inbound queries and concerns, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Offer prompt solutions to customer issues while maintaining a professional and friendly tone. Manage and track calls made, logged, and followed up on, ensuring all information is updated in the CRM. Sales and Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets set by the company. Data Management: Maintain accurate records of calls made, leads contacted, and customer interactions in the CRM system. Ensure customer data is handled with confidentiality and accuracy. Conducted market research and analyzed trends in client needs. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with fellow telecallers and the sales team to share leads, insights, and best practices. Attend regular meetings to discuss performance, upcoming leads, and new processes. Participate in training programs to enhance sales skills and product knowledge. IT Preferences: As the role involves handling various tech tools and platforms, candidates with an IT background will have a distinct advantage.
