Job Role & Responsibilities

Analytical Method Validation & Transfer

  • Perform analytical method validation activities as per approved protocols.
  • Execute analytical method transfer and method verification studies.
  • Support new product introduction (NPI) projects through analytical assessments.
  • Conduct method gap assessments against pharmacopeial requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with ICH, USP, EP, and regulatory standards.

Quality Control Testing

  • Perform testing of raw materials, finished products, and packaging components.
  • Execute analytical evaluations using validated methods.
  • Review and interpret analytical data.
  • Ensure accurate recording and reporting of laboratory results.
  • Support batch release testing activities.

Instrument Operation & Laboratory Analysis

  • Operate advanced analytical instruments.
  • Perform routine and specialized laboratory testing.
  • Ensure instruments meet calibration and performance requirements.
  • Support troubleshooting and laboratory investigations.

Documentation & Compliance

  • Maintain documentation in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
  • Follow Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) requirements.
  • Review and revise Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Maintain quality records and laboratory documentation.
  • Support audit and inspection readiness activities.

Data Analysis & Continuous Improvement

  • Analyze trends and identify potential quality risks.
  • Evaluate analytical results for accuracy and precision.
  • Recommend corrective and preventive actions where required.
  • Participate in continuous improvement and laboratory excellence initiatives.

Eligibility / Qualifications

Educational Qualification

Candidates must possess:

  • M.Sc Chemistry
  • M.Pharm
