The Assembly Line Worker will be responsible for operating basic machinery and equipment, assembling components according to work instructions, and using hand tools to complete production tasks. Daily activities include monitoring production flow, performing visual checks on parts, following quality standards, and preparing finished goods for packing and dispatch. The role involves working in coordination with supervisors and team members to meet production targets while maintaining safety and cleanliness on the shop floor. The worker will also support routine equipment checks, report defects or issues, and follow all company policies and safety procedures.<br><strong>Qualifications<br></strong> <br><ul><li>Ability to operate basic machinery and equipment, with skills in Machine Operation.</li><li>Experience or aptitude in performing Quality Control checks and following inspection guidelines.</li><li>Skills in Packing and handling finished products carefully and efficiently.</li><li>Proficiency in using Hand Tools safely for assembly and minor adjustments.</li><li>Strong Communication skills for coordinating with team members and supervisors.</li><li>Attention to detail, ability to follow written and verbal instructions, and maintain consistent work quality.</li><li>Willingness to work on a factory floor, stand for extended periods, and handle repetitive tasks safely.</li><li>Basic education (such as high school completion or equivalent); prior experience in manufacturing or assembly is an advantage.</li><li>Commitment to workplace safety, punctuality, and meeting daily production targets.</li></ul>
