Backend Coding Task Creator and AI Evaluator

The work

You will create realistic backend coding tasks for AI systems to solve. These tasks will cover feature development and software bug fixes in large-scale applications.

You will also build deterministic verifiers, which are automated checks that accept valid solutions and reject incorrect or incomplete ones. Your reviews will consider correctness, performance, debugging, automated testing, maintainability, and implementation quality.

What it pays and takes

This is a part-time contractor role with a commitment of at least 20 hours per week. The role is labeled entry level, but the required work calls for professional backend development experience and strong software engineering judgment.

  • Pay: $30 to $100 USD per hour.
  • Time: 20 or more hours per week.
  • Work type: Part-time contract work.

  • Required: Professional backend development experience with Java, Node.js, Go, Rust, TypeScript, Python, C++, or a similar language.
