What you will do: • Own a defined slice of day-to-day operations work on live Nykaa Fashion ranges and projects in Gurugram. • Apply Merchandising, Range Planning, Costing, MS Excel to real briefs, with feedback from people who do this professionally. • Build and maintain the trackers, specs and documentation the team runs on, and keep them accurate. • Work across functions — design, merchandising, sourcing, quality, marketing and retail all sit close together here. • Research the market, competitors and customers, and present what you find in a way the team can act on. • Follow the quality, compliance and brand standards Nykaa Fashion holds its products to. Who should apply: • Students and recent graduates from fashion, design, textile, gemology, engineering, commerce, management or communication backgrounds — degree stream matters less than genuine interest. • Working familiarity with Merchandising, Range Planning, Costing. Exposure to Vendor Coordination, Order Follow-up, Tech Packs is a plus, not a requirement. • A real interest in the fashion and apparel business and how a product goes from idea to customer. • Clear written and spoken communication, and the discipline to document your own work. • Attention to detail.
