Node.js Fullstack Developer

You will build and maintain web applications using Node.js and Express.js, owning the full development lifecycle from coding to deployment on Heroku.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain web applications using Node.js, Express.js, and JavaScript.
  • Design and implement RESTful and SOAP APIs for remote data integration.
  • Manage end-to-end deployments on Heroku, including pipelines, Addons, and Heroku Connect.
  • Utilize JavaScript libraries such as lodash and moment for data manipulation.
  • Work with PostgreSQL or similar databases for data storage and retrieval.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of web application development experience.
  • Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience with Node.js and Express.js.
  • Proven experience with Heroku, including creating pipelines from scratch and managing Addons.
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript and jQuery.
  • Experience with Web Services, including REST and SOAP protocols.
  • Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks like lodash and moment.
  • Working knowledge of PostgreSQL or other relational databases.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience working in UK shifts (2-11 PM IST).
  • Any Graduate degree in Computer Science or related field.
