In this role, trainees undertake an initial 3-month structured training program to learn enterprise-grade routing, switching, and security protocols. Upon successful training completion, trainees transition into core operational roles managing live network hardware, configuring LAN/WAN deployments, and resolving network security incidents.

Key Responsibilities & Daily Operations

  • Network Monitoring & Troubleshooting: Continuously monitor live enterprise network infrastructure, diagnosing and resolving connectivity or performance bottlenecks.
  • Hardware Configuration & Management: Configure and maintain Cisco routers, switches, access points, and security appliances.
  • Deployments & Security Operations: Assist in deploying LAN, WAN, WLAN, and VPN topologies while adhering to corporate information security compliance guidelines.
  • Documentation & Coordination: Maintain topology maps, operational logs, and incident reports while collaborating with cross-functional IT and engineering teams.

Minimum Eligibility Criteria

  • Education: BE / B.Tech (Any relevant engineering discipline).
  • Year of Passing (YOP): 2025 Batch ONLY.
  • Mandatory Certifications: Valid CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate) or CCNP (Cisco Certified Network Professional) certification.
