Job Summary

We are hiring Order / Quote Management professionals with hands-on experience in Order Management and Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes within a BPM environment. The role involves managing international customer orders and quotations, ensuring accurate processing, timely resolution, and adherence to process SLAs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end Order Management / Order-to-Cash (O2C) activities.
  • Process and validate customer orders, quotations, and related transactions accurately.
  • Handle international business processes and customer requirements.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve order, pricing, quotation, and process-related issues.
  • Track order status and ensure timely execution as per SLA / process timelines.
  • Identify discrepancies and perform appropriate issue resolution and escalation.
  • Handle complex and sensitive customer queries with a customer-first approach.
  • Maintain accurate transaction records and process documentation.
  • Use ERP/CRM systems and MS Office tools for daily operations and reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with defined quality, productivity, and process standards.
