  • Leverage hospitality-industry experience and networks to identify candidates with strong service orientation, empathy, communication skills, and customer-facing experience
  • Conduct high-volume screening and interviews while assessing attitude, reliability, communication, and suitability for caregiving roles
  • Coordinate interview, selection, documentation, background verification, and onboarding processes
  • Maintain a ready pipeline to support urgent and ongoing hiring requirements

  • Mandatory: prior recruitment experience in the hotel/hospitality industry
  • Strong understanding of hiring frontline and service-oriented employees
  • Experience hiring large volumes of candidates within tight timelines
  • Experience conducting walk-in drives, mass recruitment campaigns, and local sourcing initiatives
  • Strong candidate sourcing and screening skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable working with aggressive hiring targets and recruitment metrics
  • Ability to build candidate pipelines independently rather than relying solely on job portals
  • Strong understanding of the hospitality talent market and frontline workforce
  • Willingness to travel locally for recruitment drives, job fairs, and other sourcing activities when required

Preferred Strengths

  • Strong hospitality recruitment network and local candidate reach
  • Proven ability to convert hospitality and other service-oriented talent into suitable caregiving candidates
  • Hands-on experience with mass hiring and rapid recruitment campaigns
  • Target-driven approach with strong ownership of hiring outcomes

We are particularly looking for someone who can take their hospitality recruitment expertise and network and apply it to hiring Caregivers for our growing business.

What Success Looks Like

  • Consistently meeting monthly Caregiver hiring targets
  • Maintaining a healthy pipeline of qualified candidates
  • Improving interview-to-selection and offer-to-joining ratios
