Job Description

We are seeking an energetic and target-driven Sales Executive to manage and grow our dealer and distributor network for Nirali kitchen products. The candidate will be responsible for expanding market coverage, strengthening relationships with trade partners, and driving retail sales in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Channel & Retail Management: Maintain and grow sales through the existing network of kitchen sink dealers, distributors, sanitaryware outlets, and hardware retailers.

  • Network Expansion: Identify and onboard potential dealers and retail counters to expand market reach in the designated region.

  • Primary & Secondary Sales: Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for primary billing and secondary liquidation.

  • Trade Engagement: Regularly visit dealers, architects, interior designers, and kitchen contractors to drive product specification and brand preference.

  • Promotional Activities: Implement local marketing initiatives, dealer meets, counter branding, and display enhancements at retail outlets.

  • Market Intelligence & Reporting: Monitor competitor pricing, product schemes, and new product launches; submit daily field reports and pipeline updates.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Experience: 1 to 4 years of relevant field sales experience in Kitchen Sinks, Sanitaryware, Hardware, Building Materials, Plywood/Laminates, or Paints.

  • Education: Graduate in any discipline (B.Com, BBA, B.Sc, or equivalent).

  • Skills:

    • Strong understanding of dealer/distributor channel networks.

    • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.

    • Self-motivated with a track record of meeting field sales targets.

    • Local market knowledge and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
