Telecaller (Outbound Sales, Female Candidates Preferred)

We are hiring telecallers for an outbound sales role. It is fully remote, but be aware the schedule is fixed. Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM. If you’re looking for something with flexible hours this probably isn’t for you. But if you’re okay with a structured schedule and want steady, target-based work from home, read on.

You will be responsible for calling potential clients, walking them through our financial products and services, and following up on leads until they convert or fall off. Real estate experience or mutual fund experience is a big plus, but general outbound sales experience will do as long as you are comfortable on the phone and can handle a pitch.

What you will be doing:

  • Daily calling on prospects and pitching our products/services
  • Generating new leads & Consistent Follow up till closure
  • Handling objections calmly - People will say no, they will push back, they will ask tough questions, and you must remain professional through all of it
  • Meeting daily and monthly call/sale targets
  • Updating CRM with call logs and customer details after each call

Who should apply

  • Female Graduates with 1-2 Years of Experience in Telecalling / Sales
  • Fluent in Hindi and English (spoken) - you will alternate between the two depending on the customer
  • Comfortable in a sales driven, target driven, outbound role – not just a support role
  • Real estate or mutual fund background a big plus (not mandatory)
