The role involves providing end-to-end client support through close coordination with internal departments, branches, and external stakeholders to ensure service delivery.<br><br><strong>Key Responsibilities<br><br></strong><ul><li>Plan initiatives and programs in consultation with the Department Head, Group Head and Management to improve the bank’s business performance and profitability.</li><li>Develop and execute business strategies, and short-, mid-, and long-term plans to achieve goals and target. </li><li> Coordinate with the Credit Monitoring Department, Credit Analyst team, and Operations Department to ensure seamless customer service.</li><li>Review credit and rating applications to support sound business and lending decisions. </li><li>Manage pre- and post-sanction follow-up activities, including customer visits, asset verification, stock inspections, external inspection reports, and asset valuation reports wherever applicable.</li><li>Comply with all applicable rules and regulations from competent authorities including RBI, the Bank of Japan, Head Office, other branches and statutory authorities.</li><li>Collect and report information on political, economic and fiscal developments in India and the Asian region to the Department Head and Group Head.</li><li>Adhere to the Mizuho Code of Conduct, compliance manuals, overseas branch manuals, branch security policies and all instructions issued by the Compliance Officer and Management.</li><li>Provide information and support to auditor’s other teams or departments and respond to queries as required.</li><li>Support action plans to close non-compliance items and open issues.<br><br><br></li></ul><strong>Job Requirements<br><br></strong><ul><li>An MBA, CA, or other advanced degree is preferred.</li><li>The role requires 10-12 years of relevant experience.</li><li>In-depth knowledge of local regulations, including RBI and the Foreign Exchange Dealers’ Association of India, is essential.</li><li>Strong customer focus is required to deliver high-quality client service and support.</li><li>Excellent communication skills are needed to engage effectively with clients, internal teams, and external stakeholders.</li><li>Well-developed analytical skills are important for evaluating business opportunities and supporting decision-making.</li><li>Strong financial analysis and financial modelling skills are required to assess transactions and support business execution.</li><li>Results-oriented mindset is essential to drive business growth and achieve assigned targets.<br><br><br></li></ul>Interested candidates are invited to submit their resume to: hr.communications@int.mizuho-cb.com<br><br>
