Teleperformance is hiring Chat Process Executives for its Non-Voice Customer Support process in the Travel Domain.

Chat Support Executive Non-Voice

Type: Full-Time | Permanent

Work Mode: Work From Office

Experience: Minimum 6 months in Chat / Customer Support

Salary: 28,000/- In-Hand

Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Eligibility Criteria Graduate in any discipline.

Minimum 6 months of experience in Chat Support / Customer Support.

Candidates with Travel Domain experience will be preferred.

Candidates with prior chat process experience are preferred.

Good written and verbal communication skills.

Typing speed of 25-30 WPM.

Comfortable working in rotational shifts.

Immediate joiners preferred.

Preferred Candidate Profile We are looking for candidates who have:

Immediate or early joining availability.

Prior Chat/Non-Voice customer support experience.

Good knowledge of the Travel Domain.

Strong written communication skills.

Good typing speed and accuracy.

Flexibility to work in rotational shifts.

Customer-focused approach and problem-solving skills.
