Candidates must have hands-on international voice/customer interaction experience. We are specifically looking for candidates from either: International Banking Voice Process US Mortgage Voice Process This is a voice-based customer interaction role requiring strong spoken English, customer-handling skills, and familiarity with international customers/processes. Job Responsibilities Handle inbound/outbound calls with US customers/clients regarding mortgage-related queries and services. Communicate professionally and confidently with customers over the phone. Understand customer requirements and provide accurate information as per process guidelines. Resolve customer queries and provide appropriate assistance within defined timelines. Maintain excellent customer service and ensure a positive customer experience. Follow established process guidelines, quality standards, compliance requirements, and call-handling procedures. Accurately document customer interactions and update relevant information in the system. Meet defined quality, productivity, AHT, attendance, and customer satisfaction targets. Coordinate with relevant internal teams whenever required to resolve customer issues. Handle customer objections, follow-ups, and escalations professionally. Key Skills Required Excellent spoken English and communication skills. Strong customer-handling and interpersonal skills. Comfortable handling US/international customers over voice calls.
